Job Title: Functional Analyst

Location: Brussels

About the Role

Our client, based in Brussels, is looking for a Functional Analyst to join their IT team. In this role, you will act as the link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that user requirements are clearly understood and translated into high-quality functional analyses.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and software engineers in Agile squads
• Gather, analyze, and validate user requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Support the development team by providing structured analyses
• Ensure solutions meet user expectations and quality standards

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of UML and SQL Server
• Familiarity with XML/XSD (Enterprise Architect is a plus)
• Agile knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in one national language + basic knowledge (A2) of the other, with willingness to improve
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-evolving IT environment
• Alignment with the client’s values and mission

Uptime Engineer

Location: Brussels

About the Role

Our client, based in Brussels, is looking for an Uptime Engineer to join their IT team. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of critical applications by resolving incidents quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle second-line incidents escalated via the incident management system
• Investigate issues raised by monitoring and operations teams
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Resolve critical incidents such as outages and network failures
• Participate in on-call support outside business hours
• Contribute to improving system reliability and performance

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage priorities
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft tools
• Fluent in French and Dutch
• Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-moving IT environment
• Alignment with the client’s values and mission
